General Changing of Qxpress shipping rate from SG to MY Standard and Express

Dear Sellers,

With the effect of 14^th March 2016, Qxpress shipping rate for SG to Malaysia (MY) Standard and Express service shall be changed

1 SG to MY Standard

Delivery Route : Qxpress will manage SG to MY directly with Qxpress own responsibility based on the partnership with Skynet, the leading courier services in Malaysia.

But the duty parcels(more than US$139) shall be passed over to the SingPost Registered Mail without any change.
Average Delivery Days from Qxpress Warehouse in Singapore : 3 to 7 working days
Volume Weight : Qxpress will apply the shipping rate based on the volume weight, Volume Weight = W x D x H / 6,000

In case of applying the shipping rate of the volume weight, we’ll ask your approval via QSM, but apply it forcibly if there will no reply within 24 hours.
The Compensation Limit : Maximum MYR100 per parcel. You can insure at QSM with the additional 1.9% of the parcel amount.
Shipping Rate : Qxpress will apply the different shipping rate according to the delivery zone in Malaysia.

Also the parcel to Zone 2, 3 & 4 having more than 5Kg shall be delivered via Speedpost Priority(EMS)
