We are going to change restricted rule of non-Qoo10 parcels as follows;(Effective 20th April) [Change register order regulation] -Effective date:20th April .2015 -If you have Q cash: Auto deduction shipping fee and delivery to aboard -If you don't have Q cash: You have to charge Q cash first and we can start delivery to aboard.
