Hello, this is TracX Logis.
It has been one year since the SmartShip service was upgraded to version 2.0. During this time, version 1.0 has only maintained basic functionality without any new improvements.
Due to recent policy changes regarding carrier allocation and invoice generation/printing, the 'Smart Invoice Printing' feature in SmartShip 1.0 will be discontinued. Along with this, all support for SmartShip 1.0 will be completely terminated.
■ Support End Date: March 20, 2025
■ Affected Features: Invoice/label printing and all 1.0 functionality
■ Recommended Action: Transition to SmartShip 2.0 for improved service
SmartShip 2.0 provides an improved UI and more diverse management features, so we encourage you to transition and enjoy these enhancements.
