Dear Smartship User,

Please be inform that Qxpress will make adjustment of the timeslot selection for our Quick Delivery services with effect from 1st June 2024.

The Quick timeslots will combine from current 4 slots for delivery to 2 daily. Current timeslot of (9am to 12pm) and (11am to 3pm) will be combine into 10am to 3pm timeslot for delivery,  and timeslot (2pm to 6pm) and (5pm to 9pm) will be combine into (2pm to 9pm).

Therefore, when you select either timeslot 1 or 2, the delivery timing will be between 10am to 3pm. And if you select either timeslot 3 or 4, the delivery timing will be between 2pm to 9pm.
